With a second Kira now on the loose, L asks Light to join the task force and pose as the real Kira in order to catch the copycat.
Jennifer Aniston ended her relationship with John Mayer over the phone because he apparently Twittered or “Tweeted” too much on his iPhone.
According to Gizmodo:
Apparently, John Mayer didn’t have time to write or call or text, offering up the “I’ve been so busy with work” excuse when Aniston called him up. Unfortunately for the tech-obsessed Mayer, he had time to post Twitter updates.
Let this be a lesson to you Twitter-addicts (myself included): Twitter wisely.
WARNING! NOT SAFE FOR WORK!
Peter Levin (animation) and Jon and Al Kaplin (Original Music) did nine full tracks for a piece they called Silence! created for a performance at the Fringe Festival. Pretty hilarious stuff.

According to Cinematical, Lindsay Lohan may be saying “goodbye” to acting and “hello” to modeling. I’m not sure if this is good news or bad news. In my opinion, she’s not good a either.
“In an interview for the April issue of Nylon, the actress dropped hints that she is in need of work and that her recent forays into modeling for Fornarina have inspired her to make a career change.”
She’s pretty much made a joke of her career, starring in bad films, giving the media and gossip mags peep shows, and making a mockery of certain Marylin Monroe pictures. In a perfect world, Lindsay Lohan would be abducted by aliens so I don’t have to see her ugly mug everywhere. But, that’s just one guy’s opinion…

Deftones Bassist Chi Cheng is still in a coma from his November 4th, 2008 car accident and his insurance is now refusing to continue coverage. In response, Chi’s family has started a website to accept donations to help pay for medical costs.
Do you ever have those Sundays where you don’t want to do a dang thing? Well, maybe watch moviesTV or play some X-Box. These pants will do the trick for those days. They’re still only concepts, but I would totally own a pair of these.

Smashing Pumpkins drummer and original member, Jimmy Chamberlain, has left the band for a second time. Billy Corgan is left as the only original member and still plans on heading back to the studio this spring.
From their website: “The SMASHING PUMPKINS’ guitarist, singer, songwriter and founding member Billy Corgan has announced that drummer Jimmy Chamberlin has left the group. Chamberlin joined the band Corgan founded in Chicago in 1988 and played on all their albums except Adore (1998). Corgan will continue to write and record as SMASHING PUMPKINS with plans to head into the studio this spring.”

I don’t know why you would want to own 5 dvds plus 1 blu-ray of the same movie, but Lionsgate seems to think the packagind may sway you. Behold, every possible release of Terminator 2 is available along with the Terminator 2 Skynet Edition blu-ray disc (not to be confused with the crap edition blu-ray available now at Walmart for $10).
The Limited Collector’s Set is a bit steep with a MSRP of $174.99, but is available for preorder on Amazon for $121.99. The Skynet Blu-ray edition will be available by itself for $29.99 ($19.99 on Amazon).
All that said, this would look AMAZING in my future “Film Lounge” I am in the process of designing for my future mansion.
