Tom Cruise is planning some new projects and he has script doctors on overtime re-writing the roles he plans on playing. Cinematical reports:
The doctors and projects in question: Scott Frank is changing up Wichita so that Cruise can be an action hero, Richard Curtis made some changes to Lost for Words, and Paul Attanasio is flipping rewriting David Cronenberg’s script for Matarese Circle. Furthermore, those free of script doctors are not immune to Tom’s notes: Billy Ray “continues to hone” Motorcade, while Christopher McQuarrie does the same with The Tourist.
I love a lot of Tom Cruise movies, but his ego is writing checks his body can’t cash. Re-writing Cronenberg? Got to hand it to Cruise, he has some brass balls.

[UPDATE] via Pete Wentz’s twitter, Fiddy is still on the tour, this could have been a one night thing. Emo thugs rejoice! (Thanks @matthewpagirsky of www.thedailychorus.com for the tip!)
50 Cent’s schedule was just too packed to fit in a concert with Fall Out Boy tonight. What’s funny is, this show was all 50 (Fiddy?)’s idea. I know a lot of emo thugs were bummed out.

USA Today, brings us images of The Twilight Saga: New Moon’s Wolf Pack. Oh man…watch out for attack of the Abercrombie models? Not that I had any hopes of New Moon being any different from the crap Twilight is, but c’mon!
Left to right: Paul (Alex Meraz), Sam (Chaske Spencer), Jared (Bronson Pelletier), and Embry (Kiowa Gordon).

Warner Home Video is allowing HD-DVD adopters a chance to upgrade their current HD-DVD collections to Blu-Ray with the Red2Blu exchange program. It does cost $4.95 per Blu-Ray, but this is a very cool gesture and shows how much Warner cares for fans of their movies.
